Gutter Repair and Installation in Stroud
We fix sagging, leaking and hail-dented gutters, and we install new ones sized to the roof that drains into them. You get an honest repair-or-replace answer, photos of what we found and water that finally lands where it should, away from your home.
Gutters that move water off the roof and away from your home
Every drop that runs down your shingles has to go somewhere, and a working gutter sends it to a spot where it does no damage. When a run droops, packs with leaves or breaks loose from its hangers, rain spills down the fascia, saturates the soil next to your foundation and can work its way back under the drip edge. We repair, replace and install gutters and downspouts, and we look at them as part of your roof, not a separate chore.
Spring storms in this part of Oklahoma can dump heavy rain fast, and the same storms often carry hail that dents aluminum gutters and downspouts. When hail is involved, we photograph the damage and explain where gutters usually fall in a roof claim. Your adjuster makes the coverage call. Our job is to show plainly what is there.
Some days the answer is new hangers and resealed corners. Other days a full run has to come down. Either way, we'll tell you which one and explain the reason.

What our gutter work includes
- 01
Repairs to sagging and leaking runs
We reset or replace loose hangers, reseal end caps, corners and seams, and correct the pitch so water flows toward the outlet instead of pooling in the middle of the run.
- 02
New gutter installation
We measure your roofline and size the gutters to the roof area feeding them. A steep, wide roof section sends a lot of water to one corner, so we plan outlets and hanger spacing around that.
- 03
Downspouts that discharge away from the house
Downspouts go where they do the most good, with extensions or splash blocks so water lands well clear of the foundation and flower beds.
- 04
Fascia and drip edge check
When old gutters come off, we look at the fascia board behind them. If the wood is soft or rotted, we show you photos before anything new goes up, so the new gutters are hung on something solid.
- 05
Hail damage photos and notes
Dents in gutters and downspouts are often among the first things an adjuster looks at after a hailstorm. We photograph them along with the rest of the roof, giving you dated pictures you can hand to your insurer if you decide to file.
Questions about Gutters?
Call(405) 358-4742Signs your gutters need attention
Rain spilling over the front lip
Water that pours over the edge in an ordinary storm points to a blockage, a gutter too small for the roof or a run that slopes away from its outlet.
Gaps at the fascia
A gutter that leans out or drops away from the house usually has loose hangers or failing wood behind it.
Drips at corners and seams
Leaky joints leave rust streaks, stains on siding or wet spots on the porch. Small leaks get bigger with every season of expansion and contraction.
Washed-out soil along the foundation
Ruts carved through your mulch, puddles that sit beside the slab or a musty, damp crawlspace usually lead back to a downspout emptying in the wrong spot.
Dents after a hailstorm
Dimpled gutters and crushed downspouts are worth a look, both for drainage and because they can point to hail damage on the roof above.
Peeling paint or soft fascia
Overflowing water rots the boards behind the gutter. Catching it early keeps a gutter job from turning into a carpentry job.
How a gutter job goes with us
- 1
A phone call to start
Tell us what you're seeing: overflow, sagging, leaks or storm dents. We'll ask a few questions and set a time to come out.
- 2
An on-site look with photos
We walk the gutter line, check pitch and downspouts, look at the fascia and, if hail is suspected, check the roof too. You get photos of everything we point out.
- 3
A written estimate, line by line
You see the footage, downspouts, any fascia repair and removal of old gutters listed separately. If repair makes more sense than replacement, we say so.
- 4
Install day and cleanup
We protect plants and walkways, take down old gutters, hang the new runs and run water through them to confirm they drain. Old metal, screws and scraps leave with us.
What affects the cost of gutter work
Most of a gutter price comes down to how many feet of gutter your home needs and whether the boards behind it are still sound. We measure on site and put every item in writing, so you can follow the numbers before any work starts.
- Footage and roof height
- The total run of gutter sets the material cost. A two-story house or a sloped yard means more ladder work and more time than a single-story ranch.
- Corners and downspouts
- Every inside or outside corner and every downspout adds parts and labor. Roofs with lots of lines and valleys call for more of both.
- Soft or rotted fascia
- New gutters need solid wood to fasten to, so any decayed fascia gets swapped out first. You see photos of it before we start, which keeps it from showing up as a surprise on the bill.
- Gutter size and haul-away
- Larger gutters for big roof sections cost more than standard sizes. Taking down the old runs and hauling them off is listed as its own line.
Gutter questions we hear often
Will my insurance pay for gutters damaged by hail?
That depends on your policy and on what the adjuster finds. Hail-dented gutters are often part of an approved roof claim, but we can't promise coverage. What we can do is photograph the damage clearly and explain how the process usually goes, so you know what to ask your insurance company.
Should I replace my gutters when I replace my roof?
Often it makes sense. Gutters have to come off so new drip edge can go on correctly, and older gutters don't always go back up cleanly. If yours are in good shape, we can reinstall them. We'll give you an honest read during the roof replacement estimate.
Is a repair enough, or do I need all new gutters?
Plenty of gutter problems only need a repair. A few loose hangers, one dripping corner or a single damaged downspout are usually quick work. When the runs are heavily dented, rusted through or too small for the roof above them, we'll show you why new gutters are the better buy.
How long does a gutter installation take?
For a typical home, the work usually fits in a day, weather permitting. Fascia repairs or a large, multi-story house can add time. We'll give you a realistic schedule when we come out.
How often should I clean my gutters?
For most houses, two cleanings a year is enough: one as spring wraps up and another once fall has finished shedding leaves. If big oaks hang over your roof, plan on more. Clogs are the most common reason gutters overflow and pull away from the fascia.
Do you work outside Stroud?
Yes. Along with Stroud, we handle gutter work in Chandler, Cushing, Bristow, Drumright, Perkins and the surrounding area. Ask when you reach us and we'll tell you if you're in range.

Ready to stop the overflow?
Tell us where the water goes during a storm and where it ends up, and we'll pick a day to come out and photograph it. If hail hit recently, we'll look at the roof on that same trip.
